Payments and Processing

1. Full payment is required within 48 hours of your claim. You will be allowed a 24 hour extension if needed.
2. All payments to JINIPPYBASILE will be through PayPal. If paying for a charity adopt, a special link to the donation box will be provided.
3. There are no refunds on design purchases. However, you may resell for equal value, or a higher value if you added extra art or commissioned art.
4. If there is a chargeback for PayPal, or the confirmation of payment is not sent within the timeframe, JINIPPYBASILE reserves all rights to cancel the purchase and accept another offer/bid.
5. JINIPPYBASILE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Ownership

1. Ownership is transferred upon receipt of full payment and the design becomes irrevocable unless it was acquired through unethical methods.
2. You can use the character for anything, if using for commercial use please link this project.
3. Co-ownership is allowed, but if it gets messy JINIPPYBASILE will not become involved. Only the original purchaser's name will be listed on this site!
4. You don't need a specific site (ex. Toyhou.se) to own a character, just having your name listed on this site is enough to indicate ownership!

Ownership Transfers

1. To transfer a design to another user, message JINIPPYBASILE on TH with proof! He'll change the ownership of the character as soon as he can!
2. Upon trading, reselling or gifting the design to another individual, the previous owner agrees to transfer all ownership rights to the recipient.

Redesigns

• You can freely redesign characters that are purchased from this project, they're your own character! However, all original designs will be listed on this site as it is a archive of JINIPPYBASILE's character designs, redesigns will not be uploaded!
• You make direct edits to JINIPPYBASILE's art for designs made for this project!
